Questions families ask us
Is it only for Indian weddings?
No. It started with Indian weddings, so it handles many-day events, live streams for family abroad and a blessing wall really well. But the Cinematic and Minimal designs suit any couple, anywhere. Set your time zone (US, UK, UAE, Australia and more). Share by text, WhatsApp or email. Prices are in rupees, and a card from any country works: outside India you are charged in your own currency at checkout.
Can I send a Save the Date first?
Yes. It's one screen: your names, the day circled on a calendar, a countdown and a WhatsApp-ready message. When your dates and venues are final, upgrade from your edit link. The same link becomes the full invitation, and what you paid is credited.
Is it really free to build?
Yes. Pick a template, add your details and preview the whole invitation on your phone. You don't pay anything. You pay once, only when you want to publish and share the link.
Do my guests need an app?
No. The invitation is a link that opens in WhatsApp, Instagram, email or any browser. It works on Android, iPhone and desktop.
How long does it take?
About five minutes to build. Your invitation goes live the moment you pay. Photos and music come with the Photos & Music and Video plans. The MP4 on the Video plan is made for you within 72 hours.
Can I add all our ceremonies?
Yes. Engagement, Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, Muhurtham, Reception and more. Each one gets its own date, time, venue, directions and an optional live stream link. Unlimited events on every plan.
Can I share it personally with each family?
Yes. On your success page, type a guest's name and tap Share. The WhatsApp message and the invitation both open with “Dear Ravi Uncle & family”. No extra cost.
Can I change details after publishing?
Yes, any time, for free. You get an edit link by email. Change names, dates, venues, photos or text, and the same link shows the new details. No need to send it again.
Can I use a film song?
Our music library has only royalty-free songs, picked for Indian weddings. You can use them freely in your invitation. You can also upload your own music, but only if you have the right to use it. Film songs usually need a licence, so we don't include them.
How long does the invitation stay live?
One year after your last event, included in the price. If you want to keep it as a memory beyond that, we'll offer an extension.
What if I need a refund?
If something is wrong with your invitation that we can't fix, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
