Terms of Service

The service

ShareMyInvite (“we”, “us”) lets you build a digital invitation from a template, publish it at a web address, and share it with your guests. Building and previewing is free. Publishing requires a one-time payment.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase and issues your receipt.

What you get

A published invitation stays online for one year after the last event date in the invitation. After that it may be taken offline unless extended.

Plans that include photos, music or video are fulfilled manually within the times stated on the pricing page after we receive everything we need from you.

You can edit text and event details yourself, any time, through the edit link we email you. Revisions of manual work are limited per plan; see the revision policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the names, text and photos you provide. You give us permission to display them in your invitation and to make copies needed to host it. You confirm you have the right to use every photo you send us.

You must not publish content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else's rights. We may take such invitations offline.

We only use royalty-free music from our library. We do not add copyrighted songs. See the music policy.

Our promotion

Every published invitation carries a small “Made with ShareMyInvite” link. We may show anonymised examples of templates in our marketing; we will not use your names or photos in marketing without asking you.

Limits

We aim for the invitation to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the invitation.
