How Kannada families use it

Kannada weddings in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi run from the naandi the day before to a muhurta in the morning and a reception the same evening — often at a kalyana mantapa in Jayanagar, Malleshwaram or Rajajinagar, or at Palace Grounds for the larger ones. The invitation names both families, the muhurta, and the mantapa with its full address; a Google Maps link matters because Bengaluru traffic decides arrival times. The Maroon & Gold or Ivory & Gold palettes echo a Mysore silk border; Kannada script names render in a serif fallback next to the English.

The ceremonies, each on its own card

  • Nischitartha (engagement)
  • Naandi
  • Dhare Herdu / Muhurta
  • Reception

Every card carries the date, time, venue, a Directions button, Add to calendar, an optional catering note and — for the ceremony relatives abroad will watch — a Watch live button that goes live by itself.

Live preview — scroll it like a guest would.

FAQ

Can I add the naandi and the reception at different venues?

Yes — every event has its own venue and Directions button, so the naandi at home and the reception at a hotel each open the right map.

How do guests open it?

As a normal link in WhatsApp — it opens in the built-in browser on any phone, no app or download. A preview card with your names shows before it is tapped.

What does it cost?

One payment, no subscription. Plans start at $3 with every feature above; Photos & Music and Video are the two plans above it, and a Save the Date is credited in full when you upgrade. A year of hosting and unlimited edits are included.

Can I change details after sending?

Yes — open the edit link from your email, change anything, save. The same link updates for everyone.
